CANCEL SERVICES – "An error occurred while refunding your upgrade. Please…"

  Hello,

  I would like to cancel my upgrade purchase. As per your policy, this refund request/cancel is within the first 48hrs (I purchased the upgrade 24hrs ago). When I process the cancellation I get this message: “An error occurred while refunding your upgrade. Please contact support.”

  Please cancel and refund the premium upgrade I purchased.

  Hi there,

  The bundle you purchased included a domain registration for theovenwall.com. If you would like, I can cancel and refund the rest of the bundle for $73. If we cancel the domain, it can take up to several weeks, and we can’t guarantee that your domain will be available to you again once canceled.

  If you want to keep using your domain but you don’t want to use WordPress.com anymore, you don’t have to cancel it. You can move the domain another site, using the Domain Administration tool under Store > Domains (at the bottom of the page).

  I can also cancel and refund both the bundle and domain for $99 if you don’t mind the chance of losing theovenwall.com.

  Yes please refund BOTH the bundle and domain for $99. I am fine losing theovenwall.com domain.
