  My account is about to renew. I have not used the blog site in the past year, and probably will not in the year ahead. I want to cancel the agreement. How is that done?

  I would be happy to assist you in cancelling your purchase. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into cancelling the subscription purchase.
