  Hello,

  I never agreed for a renewal on this site. I would like to cancel it since I have been unable to find where do you actually manage automatic payments. Please, I don’t want to pay 80 CAD for a service I’m not going to use. COVID has put a strain on my finances. Please, if you could look into this it will be appreciated. Regards.

  I’m sorry to hear that. I see the charge was disputed, which essentially locks us out of ability to refund. Can you cancel the dispute so we can refund it for you?

  Paypal already closed the dispute. I’m unable to change it, my bad. Is there any other way we can work this out ?.

  Once the dispute has been closed and the payment reversed, there is nothing we can do on our end, I’m afraid.
