cancel site, get payment back

  I want to cancel my site and get the payment back. I signed up for a site plan on sept 22 2014, paying a one time fee of approx $19.00.

  I have used “blogger” for years but I found your site-builder difficult to use.

  I would like my money back please.

  Dashboard >> Store >> My Upgrades – should be able to cancel from there

  Dashboard >> Store >> Billing History – a list of what you have purchased

  Will I get a refund? I hate to be this, but I would appreciate getting my money back for a service I didn’t use.
