I’ve merged both threads so that everything is in one place.
Our subscriptions always renew a month before the expiration date. That gives us enough time to solve any issue if the payment can’t be processed. In any case, we send emails before the charge is done.
Since you already canceled your plan, I went ahead and issued a full refund.
As for the domain, however, we won’t be able to refund that one as it’s way past the refund window (it’s 96h for domains).
We might be able to restore the domain to your account; however, I noticed you’ve opened a dispute about that charge. When there’s an ongoing dispute, we are not able to do anything until the dispute has been resolved. Here’s more information about chargebacks and what you can do now:
