    I edited my CV using your service and paid $1 for it on November 15.
    I did not subscribe to your services
    The site automatically charged me $19.90 on November 30 for services not provided and not needed by me.
    You did this without my consent. This is illegal!
    I do not want to have any more business with you.
    I want to cancel my subscription if it was made automatically by you after I edited my CV
