CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION

  This is the most frustrating company to get ahold of. I CANCELED my subscription by deleting everything (as stated in this group) in my profile and account settings – and WordPress still found a way to renew my subscription. How can it even be legal to not actually talk to someone to cancel???

  WordPress Owners – CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION and reverse the current charges PLEASE. Thank you.

  I would be happy to assist you in cancelling and refunding your purchase. However, I think the issue is that the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into refunding the subscription purchase.

  This was not an upgrade. I never clicked on an Upgrade. I was informed via email with a ‘donotreply’ email. This is a renewal charge for another year for the domain name for vickilynnbutler.com through my account vickilynnbutler25. I actually clicked on the link that came directly from the email that was sent to me. I also contacted you from it again a few seconds ago. What should I do next?

  Just curious why there cannot be a simple “Cancel Subscription” button.

  The reason you do not have the option to cancel that domain is because it is not under your vickilynnbutler25 account. There is another account that you may own that the domain is under. Do you happen to remember if you created any other accounts outside of vickilynnbutler25?

  The only other one I can see is: vickilynnbutlerdotcom.wordpress.com

  But that one is also connected to vickilynnbutler25

  Could it be possible I am getting charged for theshamelessflirt.com? I believe my friend added me to it as a manager – but I don’t do anything with it. I did not create it or develop it, so am not sure I would be responsible for paying for it.

  No, there charge was definitely for vickilynnbutler.com.

  What I can do is e-mail the address associated with the account so that you can check all of your e-mails and see which one receives the message. All you would need to do is respond from that e-mail to verify ownership. Then, I will definitely be able to assist you in regaining access.
