How can I cancel my subsciption?

Exactly which subscription are you referring to please?
Are you referring to canceling an upgrade?
If so which one and when was it purchased? -
Are you using a desktop computer and running an up to date browser version?
Do you have a dodgy internet connection?
Make sure you are running an up to date browser version found at https://browsehappy.com

(a) Exactly what kind of device you are using to connect to the internet and to WordPress.com.
