Cancel Subscription

  When I go to ‘Purchases’ it asks if I want to upgrade – I want to cancel.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi, @heeterjoe,

  Is the site you are looking to cancel:

  The blog I need help with is heeterjoe.wordpress.com.

  I don’t see content there which makes me wonder if you are logged into the correct account. If there are no current plans active, you won’t have an option to cancel anything.

  Once logged into the correct account:
  visit: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases

  Choose the plan you want to cancel.
  You will be brought to a screen for that plan.
  Under Edit Payment Options, you will see
  Cancel Plan.

  Please note:
  Removing a purchase gives up any remaining time on your subscription and all features are immediately removed from your site.
