  Good day, how do I cancel my account? Received an email to say it will automatically renew.

  Here Cancel my account you mean you want to delete your account.

  If yes then here is the support document that will help you out to delete your account:
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-deactivation/

  Warning: Deleting account is permanent if once deleted you can never restore it back you will not be able to use the username again and will not be able to get the same address also.

  If you don’t want to upgrade (i.e not want to renew the subscription) and want the account then you can ask staff to disable the automatically renew on your account but if you will not renew the subscription you will not be able to enjoy the features that you got under that subscription anymore.

  Please let me know, as if you want to delete your account then you can do with the help of the support document above and if you just want to disable the auto-renew then we can take staff help there.
