  How do I cancel a plan and get a refund?

  Hi there,

  If you are within the refund period, head to your Manage Purchases page. This page can be accessed through your Me page in the “Manage Purchases” section of the left sidebar.

  Find the upgrade you’d like to refund in the list and select Cancel and Refund.

  Hi there,

  For what site do you want to cancel a plan? The account you’re using to post here does not own any upgrades on WordPress.com, and http://girlfridayfood.wordpress.com/ is on the free plan.

  Hi I was charged $396.00 by WordPress. I can send you the charge on my credit card.
  How can it be free?
  I’d like it refunded and the subscription cancelled.

  Hi there,

  Please confirm the site of which you want to cancel the plan of. If you’re looking for that information, you can visit https://wpchrg.wordpress.com and enter the details, and that will provide a URL of the website.

  Please post that here, but do not post any transaction IDs. There is also not a $396 charge on WordPress.com from what I’m aware. The most expensive plan is $300, so please post the URL since no upgrades are associated to the account you are typing from, as stated by @kokkieh.
