Hello,
I already canceled auto renewal weeks ago, deleted my credit card info but still, it is renewed. I see the charge pending on my credit card. I do not use this service and I want cancellation. In my profile, manage purchases tab I do not have options for refund or cancellation to do it by meyself. Please cancel and refund. thank you.

Hi there,
The site ameriturks.com along with the Premium plan are owned by a different account than the one you’re currently logged in (aliameriturks). That’s why you cannot manage it from your Purchases page.
To help you cancel that renewal and get a refund you need to log in to the WordPress.com account ameriturks and reply back to this thread.

Also, I noticed that the domain ameriturks.com is pointing to a site hosted by Namecheap hosting. If you want to continue using that domain you can either keep it with us (and get a partial refund) or transfer it to your new hosting provider.
