Hello. I’d like to cancel my subscription without closing my account, but I cannot seem to locate this option in the ‘Manage Purchases’ section. How can I do this?

No upgrades have been purchased through the account you are contacting us from, which suggests you have another. What is the address of the site you wish to cancel the upgrades for? Please don’t post any transaction IDs here, a site address is the only information I need for now.
You could also try logging out of lintmagnet, then log back in using the email address your last purchase receipt was sent to. Once logged into the correct account, there should be an option to cancel the upgrades from the Manage Purchases page.
