  As this account was only created minutes ago can you share more details of the plan/site address in question.

  Hi Lorenzo,

  The account you are contacting us from hasn’t purchased any plans. What is the address of the site using the plan? Please don’t post any transaction IDs or card details on these forums, just a site address.

  Have you tried logging in to WordPress.com using the email address your receipt was sent to? If you can do that, there should be an option to cancel the plan from the Manage Purchases page in that account.
