  if I purchased the premium package and change my mind, can I get a full refund and how long do I have before I can’t get a refund?

  Hi there, refunds on WPcom upgrades are available for 30 days from the date of purchase on everything but Custom domain registrations which need to be cancelled within 96 hours to be eligible.

  You can initiate the refund through your MyPurchases dashboard https://wordpress.com/me/purchases

  I’ve also flagged this thread for Staff attention.
