  Hi there,

  Please make sure your site is hosted on WordPress.com site only and not using WordPress.org software which is hosted on another host.

  This forum helps the sites hosted on WordPress.com only.

  If you wish to cancel a subscription with WordPress.com, please log into your account and go to the Manage Purchases section of your Account Profile.
  Select the subscription you’d like to cancel.
  Click Cancel Subscription. If you are within the refund period, you will see Cancel Subscription and Refund.

  We have absolutely no recent history of purchases, transactions, or billing activity of any kind under the account you’re currently logged into since 2017.

  If you enter the charge details at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ we should be able to help you with this.
