  You are too late to request a refund for plan or domain. It seems you never confirmed the domain, hence it has been suspended. This thread has been tagged for staff in case you need to be logged into a different account to perhaps switch off auto renew.

  Hi @thatgirloveryonder, @themagicrobot is right; the domain is under another account and it isn’t refundable at this point.

  Can you log out and log in as that user? Then we can help you get the domain pointed or transferred to another host if you’d like, and cancel the plan so it won’t renew.
