  I wanted to cancel subscription and get a refund. Please see if I have done this properly.

  Hi @jenmil13, thanks for checking in on this. You were refunded for everything but the domain name.

  If you wanted to keep the name, can you let us know right away so we can restore it for you? You could then use it with another host.
