Cancel subscription

    I signed up three times for Premium. I was able to cancel one charge but not the other two. I am following the directions but the button ‘:cancel’ isn’t there. Help I want one time with the promo code.

    Hi there,

    From what I can see you purchased the Premium plan twice for $101.76 (including tax) which is in error. I can confirm that since then you were able to cancel your Premium plan, and were refunded for one of those transactions (which shows up at -$101.76) when I look here:

    Would you like me to refund the remaining $101.76, or do you prefer instead to restore the Premium plan on your account?
