Cancel Subscription

    Hi, I got an email that ‘city-gal.com’ is expiring which is fine I was going to let it expire, but I wanted to make sure this was canceled because I see I was charged $66 on April 14, what is that for exactly? I had no idea I was going to be charged and find that frustrating. Also I can’t seem to log back into my account to look at the settings. So please let it expire and if there is a way to be refunded that $66 that would be appreciated.

    Hi @krothhouse, I can see it did renew, but we can help with that. We just need you to log into the correct account first.

    Can you log out, then log in again using the email address that received purchase notifications and what not? That’s the one you’ll need to use to access the site.
