  Could you please reconfirm the URL please? Seems there is mistype, because theelementsrace.com domain is not registered now.
  Or that is a domain that you used in the past? Now it is free already, does not belong to anyone.
  Once we know that we can point you in the right direction for support.

  Hi @kokkieh,

  Please help me to understand, If the domain is free and available for everyone now, how can it be that it still belongs to someone? Or if it does not belong, how can it be cancelled?
  All I could find about this domain history is that it was registered on GoDaddy in 2018 : https://whois-history.whoisxmlapi.com/lookup-report/eJ2aqgDO2j but am not sure if that info is true.

  @maksimurasov, you are correct that the domain is not registered anymore, but it is still mapped to a WordPress.com site, and there is another subscription that @nachochips will likely want to cancel.

  Hi staff-mckluskey,

  Thanks for clarifications, cancelling a mapping subscription makes sense. But there is no way for me as volunteer to check that, so I had to modlook thread from the beginning.
