Can you please cancel this subscription and refund my account. I do not use this.

We’re happy to issue refunds in the first 14 days after purchase for annual and two-year plans, and 7 days for monthly plans, except domains, which must be canceled within 96 hours due to their unique registration process.

Your initial charge was on April 9th. Meaning the refund window would have closed April 23rd. Your initial forum post was almost a month later on May 19th and it is now June 3rd, which is 52 days past the refund window.
