    How do I cancel my yearly subscription?

    Hello Carol,
    To cancel a plan or domain purchase:

    – On your Purchases screen, click on the purchase you wish to remove.
    – Select Cancel Subscription.
    – The next screen explains that canceling will keep your subscription active until the expiry date, but it will not automatically renew after that. Click Cancel Subscription again.
    – Fill out the brief survey and click Next Step.
    – You’ll have the option to chat with us in case there’s anything we can help you with before you remove your plan. Click Next Step.
    – On the final screen, click Cancel Now.

    If you have turned off the automatic renewal, you will see a Remove WordPress.com Plan option instead of “Cancel Subscription”. This will remove the plan from your account, removing all features immediately.

    @carol1279, there are no paid subscriptions under your account. Which site are you referring to?
