    How can I cancel a subscription to a service that I am about to be billed for?

    I found this in the Support article:

    How Do I Cancel a Payment?

    Go to your Other Site Payments page and click “Cancel” next to the Payment that you’d like to cancel. Your subscription will be canceled immediately, and you won’t be charged again.

    I also added the modlook tag to this thread which will call Staff’s attention.

    Of what subscription, on which site, are you speaking?

    The account you’re using to post here doesn’t own any sites on WordPress.com, and has never bought any upgrades from us.

    If you’re speaking of the site, sportsnmore.us, that domain is registered at GoDaddy.com, and it looks like your hosting provider is Ionos.com. If you’re about to be billed for renewal of your domain or hosting account, it’s one of those two companies billing you, and you need to contact them directly for help.

    We cannot help with products and services you bought from completely different companies.

    Multichannel for WooCommerce, $ 79, which shows under the billing history, but does not show as active, but the email received states.

    Some of your subscriptions for (email visible only to moderators and staff) are about to renew. Your card ending in XXXX (expiring XX/XXXX) will be charged $79.00 (+ tax) on 22 June 2021 for:

    Subscription Price
    Multichannel for WooCommerce: Google, Amazon, eBay & Walmart Integration $0.00
    USPS Shipping Method $79.00

    Go to https://woocommerce.com/ and log in using your WordPress.com account. Then you’ll be able to manage any subscriptions you own from https://woocommerce.com/my-account/my-subscriptions/

    If necessary, you can open a support ticket with the WooCommerce team at https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/

    I’d recommend your team contact their team then, as their links in their email to manage payments and subscription takes you to WordPress, not Woocommerce.

    On the other hand, THAT is exactly what I needed to figure out. Thank you.
