  I am unable to under the ‘purchase’ tab see the tab to cancel subscription

  Hey there, can you ensure you’re logged into the account that has subscriptions? The email address here…

  … should match the address that is receiving renewal reminders and what not. If those are different, can you log out, and log back in with that correct address?
