If you have multiple WordPress.com account, make sure you are logged in with the one who owns the upgrades.
Please, before cancellation make sure you export your content, since when you cancel your subscription, your site will revert to the way it looked before you first purchased the plan.

Just to clarify, we aren’t seeing any subscriptions connected to this WordPress.com account you are logged in to. If the subscriptions are on a different account, please log in to that account and follow the instructions at the link @csabarakasz shared above or reply here and we can look into that account.
If you’re having trouble logging in, you can use the account recovery form to submit the transaction ID (which you can find on your credit card statement) to us.
If you’re unable to locate the transaction ID, please use the form on this page to look up the charge: https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ – you’ll have the option to contact billing support after you’ve entered the details of the payment.
