  Help! I am being charged monthly for an account I don’t even have access to. I had to create this account just to see if I could reach someone in support to help me close out this account and stop being charged monthly. I would GREATLY appreciate someone from customer service contacting me to help me get this straightened out!!!!

  Hi @blapinsky, I’m on staff! We don’t see any upgrades on this account, but we have a few options to resolve this:

  – Use the secure form at wpchrg.com to locate the charge, and once you have that, reach out to billing

  Or

  – Use the secure account recovery form with a transaction ID from the statement. You’d need the site name and what not, too.

  In either case, since these are public forums, don’t share the info here. But if you are having trouble with either of those options, let us know the site name so we can look it up for you and see what’s going on. Thanks!
