  Hi there, to cancel any subscription you need to be logged in with the account that purchased it and then head to the Purchases page in your Account dashboard. https://wordpress.com/me/purchases

  Hi @michaelkole11768, I can confirm we’re unable to remove upgrades from another account.

  
  @2020testjj is correct — please log out, log back in using the email address that got the receipt, then go here to cancel:

  Also, you’ll want to act quickly since it’s coming up on the end of the refund window.
