    I received an automatic renewal e-mail and do not want to renew. How can I go about cancelling?

    Hey there, you seem to be logged in to the wrong account with us. This one doesn’t have any sites or paid services.

    Can you start by logging out here?

    Then, open the email. Note the address it was sent to. Come back and login with that email address.

    If the renewal is for Jetpack or something else, be sure to head over to that brand’s website (Jetpack.com, WooCommerce.com, etc) and you should be able to find your account there.
