cancel subscription

    I received a charge of $99 on my AMEX with the transaction ID [redacted]. I have been looking all morning for logins that might be associated with this service to cancel. I cannot find the login, but need to cancel this subscription so it is no longer billed.

    Thanks for writing to us. Taking a look at http://Larahluxury.website/wp-admin I can see it’s hosted through Name Cheap. That’s different from using our managed hosting environment at WordPress.com. You will want to reach out to them for help or the volunteer community at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

    The link http://Larahluxury.website/wp-admin does not work. Yes, the site is not managed at wordpress. It is a stand alone wordpress installation, the domain is through name cheap, but I deployed WordPress myself on a cloud platform. The wordpress install was blown out a while ago and redeployed. I am not sure how to contact or cancel Jetpack, but all links track back to WordPress in fact the charge has the url http://wpchrg.com which lead me to submitting this issue through the forum. Please cancel this subscription to JetPack a WordPress product, if you cannot help me through this forum or provide further guidance I will ask my credit card company to charge back any future bills which I receive for this service.
