  We want to cancel our subscription. We no longer need our WordPress site. How do I do this?

  Hi there,

  I would be happy to assist you in cancelling and refunding your purchase. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into refunding the subscription purchase. The subscriptions are under the nhprocurement account. Are you able to log into that account?
