  We have built a new site with the same name philadelphiaconcierge.com. We do not use the old WordPress. We need to cancel that subscription. We thought it was canceled 6 months ago but I notice auto payments from my bank. How do I stop the payments

  If you only see a partial transaction ID, you may need to contact your bank directly to get the full ID needed.

  If the charge on your bank statement doesn’t match this format, it’s possible that the charge wasn’t made on WordPress.com.
