Cancel subscription

I need to cancel a subscription on a website that I created a couple of years ago. I forgot that I had the subscription and no longer own the domain, so I can’t access the email address hosted on the domain that I used to create the WordPress account. So I can’t log in to the WordPress account and can’t receive a password reset email because no emails can be received. I didn’t realize the subscription would still be charged to my card until I saw it on my credit card statement last week, and I can’t cancel because I can’t access the account. How can I cancel the plan, and is there any way to get the $195 refunded?

To find the transaction ID, you can check your bank statement for a charge with WordPress followed by a ten-digit letter/number code.
For example: WordPress XXXXXXXXXX.
If you only see a partial transaction ID, you may need to contact your bank directly to get the full ID needed.
If the charge on your bank statement doesn’t match this format, it’s possible that the charge wasn’t made on WordPress.com.

Thank you. The reason there isn’t a record for this account is that it was through an account that I can no longer access due to no longer owning the domain name that the email address used for the account is under. I entered the information as you said, and got a receipt number of 92435770. It says “This was a charge for WordPress.com Pro. hdrunningcom.wordpress.com
Ideally I’d like a refund for this charge, but at a minimum I need that particular Pro subscription cancelled.
