  I am looking to cancel my subscription that I just signed up for. the Receipt # is 93899546. I do not see anything on my purchase tab so It doesn’t give me any options there. Let me know how to proceed

  To cancel your subscription, follow these steps:

  1. Login to Your WordPress Account: Go to WordPress.com and log in with your account credentials.
  2. Go to Purchases: Once logged in, click on your profile picture in the top right corner, then click on “Purchases” from the dropdown menu. If you don’t see “Purchases,” try going to this link.
  3. Locate the Subscription: Under the “Purchases” tab, you should see a list of your active subscriptions. Look for the subscription you want to cancel. If it is not visible, ensure you are logged in to the correct account.
  4. Cancel the Subscription: Once you find the subscription, there should be an option to “Manage Subscription” or “Cancel Subscription.” Click on that link and follow the prompts to cancel your subscription.
  5. Contact Support: If you still cannot find the subscription or cancel it through the “Purchases” tab, you will need to contact WordPress.com support directly. You can do this by visiting WordPress.com support and providing your receipt number (93899546) and details about the issue.
