CANCEL Subscription

I was charged for an annual subscription for one of my platforms lovelifedaley.com. When I go into the back interface, it does not display any of this under the Purchases section. It says I have no Active Upgrades and nothing under Billing History. When I click on the previous link that I used to customize lovelifedaley it gives me an error message: You need a higher level of permission.
I am honestly losing my mind trying to find where to cancel any form of subscriptions. For some reason it only shows my free domain ‘DaleyFood’ under my profile and not my ‘lovelifedaley’ domain information.Please, please HELP!

That’s because that site is connected to another account of yours lovelifedaley – https://wordpress.com/forums/users/lovelifedaley/
Just log out from current and log in again as lovelifedaley. Et voila, problem solved.
