  Hi @mrsgibbonsflowers – Are you trying to cancel an upgrade on your account? Or are you trying to cancel your entire account?

  To cancel an upgrade associated with your user account, navigate to your Manage Purchases page and select ‘cancel’ next to the appropriate upgrade.

  If you are trying to cancel your account, you may inactivate your username and unsubscribe from all WordPress.com emails by following these instructions: https://en.support.wordpress.com/deleting-accounts/
