Cancel subscription

  I need to cancel my subscription but when I go to ‘Manage Purchases’ I can’t find where to do so.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  I don’t see any active subscriptions in your account. The last upgrade you owned expired in 2013, and you don’t own any upgrades at present.

  If you purchased any upgrades using a different account, please log in as that account, then you should see your subscriptions on Purchases.

  i would like to cancel my word press account, however when going to manage it is not showing that as an option. My 1 year is coming and I am really wanting to cancel this prior to renewal of the year.

  There are no active upgrades in your account either.

  The domain, thfitaddiction.net, is not registered with WordPress.com and is not mapped to any site here. Please contact the registrar where you bought that domain to cancel it.

  I also don’t see any upgrades in your account. If you had any upgrades they would be listed on the Purchases page, and you’ll see the receipts for when you bought them on the Billing History page:

  There is nothing listed on those pages for your account.
