  I need to cancel my subscriptions for two blogs but they are not listed in Manage my Account tab. Any ideas please?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Howdy!

  Perhaps you have created a duplicate WordPress.com account?

  All of the active upgrades connected to the account you are logged in with can be found at Manage Purchases.

  There are no active upgrades on the account you’ve contacted us from.

  Hi Michael – There don’t appear to be any upgrades on your account.
