  I want to cancel my subscription, and I can’t find the appropriate place. I’m only seeing upgrades.
  Please help.

  Hi Jan –

  You can cancel any upgrades on your account from Manage Purchases.

  To deactivate the entire account check out this guide: https://en.support.wordpress.com/deleting-accounts/
