  I want to cancel my subscription.
  I do not want to be billed anymore for a site I do not use.

  You can cancel your site by looking at the FAQ: Renewing and cancelling section of the support pages.

   Hi there,

  I would be happy to assist you in cancelling your purchase. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into cancelling the subscription purchase.

  Oh wow I’m really confused! I don’t know what the other account is?! How do I find that out so i can cancel.
  I don’t want to post my personal details in a public thread- what is the quickest and best way to sort this out?

  I can help you find it. What type of subscription was it? Was it a domain subscription?

  Also, if you still have the receipt, it contains that transaction ID that you can use to regain access.
