To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into cancelling the subscription purchase.

  My wordpress premium account is phhs67.wordpress.com
  User name johnastandorf
  purchased on Sept 15 in the amount of $99
  I needed a plugin that was not available on the premium account so I purchased another wordpress account thru GoDaddy

  Yes, that’s the one. Unfortunately, my phhs67 website required a plug-in (emember) that wasn’t available with this subscription.

  I acquired a new wordpress site thru Go-Daddy that allowed me to download that plug-in. (perryhallhighschoolclassof1967)

  Question-How can I get help with the wordpress emember addon for building a profile. I want to know if the publisher, I guess that’s wordpress, can add a text/dialogue box for my site.

  Help for self hosted WordPress sites, like perryhallhighschoolclassof1967 , is available in the WordPress.org support forums at https://wordpress.org/support/

  There are 2 versions of WordPress and what we do here at WordPress.com is a bit different from the installation of WordPress used for self hosted sites. This guide outlines those differences: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
