Cancel subscription and refund

  Hello,

  I canceled my subscription several weeks ago. A counselor told me he will pay me back in the next few days. However, since I have no news or refund. Could you check the nature of my request? And if everything is ok?

  No problem. I can see that there has not been a refund processed for your business plan (purchase price $299) with domain, masalleendirect.net.

  Let me know if you want to use this domain again now or in the future. That will change which process I proceed with. Thanks.

  Thanks for confirming, I’ve refunded €299 and there is a copy of the refund receipt in your Billing History:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

  The money should credit your statement in 7-14 business days but international refunds can occasionally take a little longer.
