Cancel subscription and site, reimbursement

    I would like to cancel my subscription along with my website as well and discontinue from working on the site. Is it anyway possible to get a reimbursement for the yearly subscription since I hardly use the site? I just no longer have the time and not interested at this moment. Thank you.

    I’m afraid it is only possible to receive a refund during the first 30 days after the purchase so no, we wouldn’t be able to issue a refund for your subscription.

    We can restore it back to your site if you want though and cancel the auto-renewal so you will not be charged for it next year. Let us know if that’s something you would like.
