Cancel subscription doesn’t work

I’m trying to cancel a subscription within the 7-day cancel period to get a refund, but it doesn’t work.
I get the error message “User or Token does not have access to specified site”
My account is the only admin account connected, so I don’t get why it says I don’t have access.

Hi @martin1a39173926, I don’t see WordPress.com-specific upgrades on this account, so can you confirm what you’re canceling and for which site? We’ll see if we can help you sort this out.

I bought the Jetpack plugin, and cannot cancel this subscription. It says no user token when trying to cancel the subscription.
