Cancel subscription – no access to account, card is being charged
-
Hello,
I am being charged for a subscription I can’t access. I do not have access to the WordPress account or site connected to the subscription.
Charge details:
- Date: June 21, 2025
- Amount: 1,440 RUB
- Card ending: 8419
- Transaction: WORDPRESS 60P3VX7CNB, IE
I kindly ask a staff member to identify and cancel this subscription. I am ready to provide a bank statement if needed.
If this is not resolved, I will report the recurring charge to my bank.
Thank you,
Daniliants Karen -
As you have a transaction ID it’s very easy to restore access to your other account – https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/#verify-your-account-ownership

Thank you for your reply.
Unfortunately, I do not remember my username or the email associated with the account. I am not able to access it and therefore cannot use the account recovery form.
I kindly ask that you use the transaction details below to locate the account and remove my card information and cancel the subscription:
- Date: June 21, 2025
- Amount: 1,440 RUB
- Card ending: 8419
- Description: WORDPRESS 60P3VX7CNB, IE
If this is not resolved, I will have no choice but to file a complaint with my bank and report unauthorized recurring charges.
Please handle this urgently.
Thank you,
Karen -

I have already provided all transaction details multiple times. I do NOT have access to the account, I do NOT remember the username, and I CANNOT use the recovery form because I don’t have the original email.
I am asking for one simple thing:
USE the transaction data I gave you — locate the account, REMOVE my card, and CANCEL the subscription. You have all the necessary info to do that.If this is not resolved immediately, I will file a complaint with my bank and start a chargeback process for unauthorized recurring payments.
This is your responsibility. Please escalate this to a staff member who can actually take action.

Hi @karendanilyant,
Thank you for contacting WordPress.com! I am happy to help you with your questions.
I’ve checked the transaction details you shared, but I wasn’t able to find a match with any WordPress.com account.
Could you please double-check the information in your payment records or get in touch with your bank to confirm the transaction ID? Once you have a valid transaction ID, feel free to email it to us at help@wordpress.com. That will help us verify the payment and assist you further.
Please note that the charges from WordPress.com will have “WordPress” or “WPCHRG.com” listed on your billing statement. If you are unsure what this charge was for, you can search here for more information and find out why you got charged: https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/
Here’s a list of how WordPress.com charges may appear on your statement: https://wordpress.com/support/billing-history/#on-your-credit-card-statement
You can follow this guide to help you with retrieving the transaction id: https://wordpress.com/support/billing-history/#retrieve-a-transaction-id
I hope this helps. Let me know if you have any further questions that I can help you with 😊

– Date: June 25, 2025
– Amount: 1,440 RUB
– Card ending in: 8419
– Description: WORDPRESS 7AP7FJTLYE, IEI do not have access to the account associated with this charge.
Please use this transaction ID to locate the subscription and cancel it immediately. I also request that you remove my card from your system to prevent any future billing attempts.Thank you,

Having two open threads does complicate things. In your other thread you say:-
– June 21 – Transaction: WORDPRESS 60P3VX7CNB
– June 23 – Transaction: WORDPRESS 654ZN7RHUW
– June 25 – Transaction: WORDPRESS 7AP7FJTLYEAll attempts were rejected due to insufficient funds, but these repeated charges are unacceptable.
Staff won’t be able to find a charge if you haven’t actually been charged anything. You need to log in to the correct account as @staartmees told you previously using the transaction ID from last years bank statement that was actually paid. Then you can do whatever is necessary to close the account and stop future requests for payment.

I’ve replied to the email ticket you submitted, so I’m closing this thread as a duplicate.
