Cancel Subscription Payment

    Hello,

    Last year there is a client of mine who asked me to buy custom domain for their wordpress blog. So I bought it for a one time transaction.

    But….on the second year, I autobilled by wordpress.com. This is crazy as I didn’t authorize this transaction. I got billed $18 for nothing!

    I want to cancel whatever the subscription term of this payment.
    Please assist me what to do…

    I couldn’t login to the wordpress.com dashboard because it’s belong to my client. And I have lost their contact.
    How can I cancel the subscription? I don’t want to pay their domain each year!
