Cancel Subscription/Refund Charge

    Hello, I have been getting charged every year and whenever I try to get rid of it or cancel my subscription it doesn’t show any charge history or card on file. I haven’t touched this in years and would very much like to put the money I was just charged towards bills as I’m not able to work as much during COVID. How do I go about cancelling future charges and getting my last payment back?

    These charges are not coming from the account that you’ve used to write to us here. Don’t worry, though. You can regain access to the proper account with the transaction details, and then we can evaluate the refund and cancellation for you.
