  Hello, I am having troubles cancelling http://supersuperblog.com/ – we do not need it anymore as we use our other domain and I can’t turn off automatic renewal or cancel it through my admin settings.

  Please can you cancel it ASAP?

  Hi Claire,

  It looks like these upgrades were paid for most recently (and so therefore are owned) by another user on your blog. I’m not able to cancel it without their permission. I have sent an email to the email address on file for that user. If you could please check that account or have them do so, they should find that email waiting for them.
