cancel support request for password recovery

i made a request to recover my account, cause i had forgotten my password.
Today i remembered my password correctly and so the problem is resolved.now i just want to let know, that support in that case is no longer needed, to prevent waisting efforts.
How can i cancel my support-request?

Or if the email comes from a staff member – reply that you remembered the password and no further help is needed – then they can close out any ticket they opened for you

But if they went to the “More Help” needed stage – there is a point they end up with a staff person if I understand what the staff have said in the forum from time to time, since they start looking at only things an Admin on a site would know

meanwhile i received a mail from staff member, as auxclass supposed, and replied as suggested to close the ticket.
even if it seems, according with timethief, to be still automatically send, my initial intention has been to obviate any further efforts including redundant mail-traffic …
… which admittedly might have been slightly overacted indeed ;)
