I subscribed “Storefront Extension Bundle” since 2017 and I don’t think so that I have chosen the “auto-renewal” option.
My site web has been closed on 2018. (www.otete.fr)
How can I get a refund processing of the 2 years (2019, 2020) no-using service about your product, please?
